Rights to Artwork and Images

PLEASE NOTE THAT I RETAIN ALL RIGHTS TO ALL ARTWORK I CREATE, EVEN THOSE OF SOLD & COMMISSIONED ORIGINAL PAINTINGS.   I RETAIN THE RIGHT TO MAKE REPRODUCTIONS OF ANY AND ALL ARTWORK I CREATE UNLESS THE COLLECTOR HAS PURCHASED THE FULL OR PARTIAL RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK (THIS IS IN ADDITION TO PURCHASING THE ORIGINAL).  

THE COLLECTOR OR BUYER MAY NOT REPRODUCE THE ARTWORK IN ANY WAY WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION.  IF THE ARTWORK ENDS UP BEING REPRODUCED IN A MAGAZINE OR OTHER MEDIA I ONLY ASK FOR CREDIT.

WHEN YOU PURCHASE AN ORIGINAL YOU, THE COLLECTOR, HAVE THE RIGHT TO DISPLAY THE ARTWORK IN THEIR HOME OR BUSINESS FOR ALL THE WORLD TO SEE BUT THE ARTWORK MAY NOT BE RESOLD OR REPRODUCED FOR PROFIT WITHOUT MY WRITTEN PERMISSION.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN PURCHASING FULL OR ADDITIONAL PARTIAL RIGHTS TO YOUR PAINTING.  SOME COLLECTORS CHOSE TO PURCHASE MY RIGHT TO REPRODUCE THE ARTWORK. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Reproductions and non-original products: You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours. After 24 hours a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS or UPS). Please contact within 7 days of receiving your artwork. 

Original Artwork: All sales of original artwork are final. Orders canceled within the first 24 hours will incur a 20% restocking & re-marketing fee.  Returns or exchanges of original work are not available except for the most extreme situations. 

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. We do not share any personal, demographic, or financial data with any third party. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or another direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
